• Minnesota Registered Apprenticeship and Workforce System Alignment Assessment

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, working with the Department of Employment and Economic Development, is taking an honest and comprehensive look at how well registered apprenticeship and Minnesota’s workforce system work together. What you tell us will shape the guides, training, and policy recommendations that come out of this project over the next year. This is not a test, and no one is being graded. We are asking what you know and what you do not know, because the gaps are exactly what we need to find. If your answer to most of these is "very little," that is genuinely useful and it is what we need to hear. It takes about 14 minutes. You can skip any question. Your individual answers stay confidential and are reported only as combined totals. Questions about this assessment: Gerri McGimpsey Gerri.McGimpsey@state.mn.us

What you told us goes into a barrier analysis for DLI and DEED this fall, and it shapes the guides and training built over the following year. If you think of something after you hit submit, send it to Gerri McGimpsey, DLI, Gerri.McGimpsey@state.mn.us. We would rather hear it late than not at all.
